Okay, in the past I have brought up some bible verses that are a little confrantational, such as, if you eat shellfish or work on Sundays you shall be put to death. Everyone always tells me that we do not follow the old testimant and that ****** JEBUS took those rules away. Why is it then, that we still believe that jesus thinks homosexuality is an abomination, when this verse is also found in the old testiment??

I don't know much about the Holy Babble. But in the Gigglian religion, homosexuality is mentioned in the sacred texts.

"Now, go forth and teach of these words.I have given you all that ye needs to know.Have only love in life and see only joy.Teach others of these words and be of the order of Bunnies.Love thine children.Love thine spouse.Love thine neighbors.Love thine Homosexual(The word for homosexual in the Fairy language literally was translated as two men in love) partner.Be of peace. And of all these things let Giggles bless you and be with you as I am him messenger so shall he be the message." Sacred Text 2 2:3

You should be more civil, when you ask questions. It reflects poorly on whom you are trying to represent. Some Christian churches accept homosexuality, some don't. I don't think God is overly concerned about sexual preferences. Dangerous and harmful sexual relationships, can happen to heterosexuals, as well as bisexuals, and homosexuals. God is mainly concerned with, people positively contributing to addressing the problems of this world, so that we will have a better future. Traditional religions tend to be backward and slow to change. They need to be updated, and opened up to the best in spiritual ideas and training techniques from all possible sources.

Word of God is very clear.
Sin is sin.
All have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of God.
But Jesus is the propitiation for our sins.
Jesus will forgive us our sins and cleans us from all unrighteousness..We only need to ask.
Your thinking Jesus is damning only homosexuals is wrong.
All sin , without forgiveness, will keep us from fellowship with the Father.
Don't allow hate to keep you from seeking the love of Jesus.
He paid a great price for your salvation, He loves you so much. Please don't reject Him any longer.

1st off, ALL sins are an abomination to God. whether its me telling the cop "no sir I had no idea this car would go that fast." or someone else comitting adultery, or some guy eating till his guts explode. Sin is sin people can you not understand that? thats why JESUS came to die. I don't care if your a homosexual, liar, thief, adulterer, murderer, pedophile, junkie, rapist, and the list goes on! We ALLLL have sinned and come short of the Glory of GOD!! If a person gives thier life to Christ, it then belongs to Christ and beomes CHRISTS responsibility to clean them up if they are in a life of sin, which by the way we ALLL are until we come to salvation.

Sorry for the rant on your question but I just get sick of holier than thou people bashing on people because they are sinners, when in reality all they are doing is TRYING to keep attention off thier OWN wicked lives, and the sins THEY commit(holier than thou types)

People Jesus Died for everyone, The sin debt we owed has been paid, we ALL have the same oppurtunity to come to know the Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus mentions gays once. And the bible justifies their hatred for people who are different. They used to do the same thing with slavery and other things. They just pick out verses that conviently don't apply to them.
Jebus lol. That is an Akward typo
My favorite bible verse ever "You shall shun the blood eating aliens, for they are an abomnation." I believe it also has fashion tips. Don't year clothes dyed with two different dyes.
Personally I don't care what the bible says.
To person above me, How many people do you think actually repent anyway.

I am an atheist I just know what I am talking about

You are only trying to convince yourself. You know that homosexuality is a sin. It is unnatural, perverted, abominable and filthy. No homosexual will enter into the kingdom of heaven. Now ex-homosexuals who have repented and stopped their sin, and come to Christ will be welcomed into the kingdom of heaven by multitudes of angels....

.Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

Repent and Come to Christ

The new testament says that God loves Homosexuals but that homosexual acts are sinful. Just like many Heterosexual acts a sinful.

The difference is that when Heterosexuals sin they repent and ask for forgiveness, When Gays sin they throw a parade.

You're missing out on the selective cognitive experience.

Even though I understand what you're saying, you happen to be incorrect about Jesus stating the old laws as invalid.

Also I find your tone distasteful and I am in no way Christian.

Edit: So people think its polite to use swearing in a public forum, as long as it is defence of Homosexuality.

Show me exactly where in the new testement and in the old testment that is forbids homosexuality! I have read the Bible. And I fail to find a passage that says man to man or woman to woman sex is taboo. I bet you couldn't even find the passage or passages! And that just goes to show your homophobic!!!!!
