I have a couple ideas in mind for a dinner party of 7 people including me, I don't want anything too fancy because its not really a dinner party its just some friends over for dinner. I have a couple ideas and tell me what you think of them but if they dont sound good or you want to, just add some other ideas in for me...
Idea 1:
grilled barbeque ribs with potatos and salad
Idea 2:
stuffed shells with garlic bread and salad
Idea 3:
Make-your-own burrito bar
Idea 4:
Filo dough- chicken pot pie
Please tell me if you have any other ideas and tell me which one sounds the best out of my ideas...tanks in advance!...

We just had dinner with some friends at their house last week and had stuffed shells with garlic bread and salad! It was really delicious and they didn't have to go to too much trouble which I was happy about so I vote for that one.

I like the thought of Idea 2 - the stuffed shells the best. When I make stuffed shells, I brown Italian sausage links on the side and then cut them in 2 or 3 pieces and add them to extra sauce. That way people can have either extra sauce only or sausage and extra sauce.
Don't forget a dessert also, even if it's ice cream or sherbet.

I think Stuffed Shells, garlic bread and salad. Ribs are good but can be a bit messy. Idea 2 is a light meal that would be better.

I like 3 because your friends can customize their food, and they can't complain about the food if they don't like it cause they made it!
