You can do this journey by train. There are 2 places called
Stratford: Stratford in East London which is served by trains on the London Liverpool Street to Ipswich line, and Stratford On Avon in Warwickshire from which you'll need to take the Chiltern Railways service to London Marylebone; then the Underground to Liverpool Street and the 'One' rail service from there to Ipswich.

There are two major Stratfords in England, Stratford (London East) and Stratford on Avon. They are about 100 miles apart. Once you've got past that confusion, try the Government route planner, it can sort out journeys by car or public transport and has an idea of timings and costs.

I agree with the last person if its Stratford, London.
If, however, you mean Stratford upon Avon, train to Birmingham, out from New Street to Norwich, Norwich to Ipswich.
