Are there any good careers out there that pay a lot but require four or less years of college?
Anything to do in the medical field dealing with blood is out of the question for me.

Depends on what you mean by pays a lot. There are plenty of jobs that require just a 4-year degree that pay reasonably well.

Sales!!!! Pharmaceutical sales or financial advisor... you can make lots of money in both of those. For some financial advising positions, you don't need a 4 year degree... you may be able to work your way up through the company and they will pay for you to get licensed.... but you have to have something (experience or some school) to get your foot in the door, unless you want to start out as the receptionist or something LOL

Okay you could be a truck driver which pays pretty good but long hours on the road. You could do be an Air traffic controller which pays well actually. You could go into the military not so much pay but good benifits. You could be a Masseuse. or you could be an accouant. A day care person if you like children. or pretty much any state jobs. (i'm serious)

always in demand. personal relationship skills more important than college.
plenty of employers who offer free training. good producers make 60k and up, top guys/gals 90k and up

yes but prostitution gives you unpleasant STDs... I would say something like teaching, writing, or directing a funeral home... no seriously.
