Well at your age, you're most likely destined for a number of relationships long after this one, and 10 years from now you might barely remember her, much less still be best friends. You never know, but that's how the odds see it.

My point being; what have you got to lose?

Ask her out!

One of exactly 3 things will happen:

1. she will say yes!
2. she will say no, and still be your friend.
3. she will say no, and decide to not be your friend.

I would say the odds strong favor 1 or 2 over #3.

But if you never try, you never will know. The man who risks nothing risks a life of mediocrity.

Worst case scenario you end up going out with someone else and make a new best friend.

WoW!! supply it a while first.. if she didnt like the rumor, she ought to unlike you telling her precise off the bat..in basic terms instruct her which you like her by making use of flirting and stuff like that.. and if she flirts backs and treats you an identical then, deliver her an e mail or text fabric message, ask her to the movies, and while yur on the movies, supply her somewhat some hugs and kisses and tell her, while the action picture is over(it could actually be a romantic action picture, ) in basic terms tell her, dat u like her slowly and if she doesnt look satisfied after that, then supply it time and he or she'll come around,, if yall are fairly as close as u say, she shouldnt destroy yur friendship over that.. stable success

hmmm that's a tough one...if you think she likes you, she probably does...try flirting with her and see if she does it back...the best relationships come out of friendships like that...so just start getting a little more on the romantic side instead of the friend side, and see where it takes you...it may ruin your friendship if she doesn't want to go out with you so try not to go overboard...

If you go out and it doesn't work out, the friendship will be ruined. So either take the chance or keep your mouth shut. There are no guarantees in life.

im 13 too! and this how it was for me! You should sit down with her and say
"please don't get mad at me for saying this. but i like you as more than a friend, can i take you on a date" or something like that.

the worst thing she could say is no.
Look no girl will stop being your friends just because you asked them out.

Dear You,
This can always be a hard situation, but if your gut tells you to go for it and ask her, then do it. Nothing is holding you back except for your fears. :)
good luck,
PS- go for it.
