can you get up and take short breaks to stretch and the such or have you tried any energy drinks? i don't know what type of work you do but it sounds like office work maybe a different job that interests you is the answer. i also eat every two hours or so because i've changed my eating habits alot so every two hours i am up eating alot of fruit and moving around. i do drink alot of coffee as well but not so much to stay awake. i have a job that i have to move alot so i stay awake rather easily. i drink coffee to get me moving in the morning mainly. good luck-oh my its time for me to go to bed now--too much comoputer work today i guess--ha ha

Drink lots of soda. Or walk around every 15 -20 minutes and then sit back down and start over again.

when you find yourself getting sleepy, get up and hit the steps if you work in an office high rise. Or just take a quick walk to wake yourself up. Try to get to bed earlier.

sleep earlier, listen to music you love the most, go to the bathroom and wash you face with cold water and soap it helps a lot, you will have more energy. hope this helps you =D
