oatmeal - all the ways you can imagine cooking it - with egg whites and flax seeds, with milk, with fruit/berries, honey, nuts, seeds, dried fruit etc.
i like whole wheat pita pockets stuffed with grilled chicken and veggies.

Fruit! I love fruit and eat some form of it every morning

Smoothies
Fruit on cereal
Fruit w/ milk
Just plain fruit
Fruit salad
Fruit juice
Fruit in scrambled eggs---okay, I'm kidding on that one, but seriously, yay for fruit!

Oatmeal,it's healthy and it kept my dad from getting hungry for a very long time.He skipped lunch.

every moring, i eat a banana with a glass of V8 juice. very healty. lots of fibre. low calories, low in sugar so not tired at 11

Oatmeal and Grapefruit are awesome! Not together though, that would taste nasty!
