How big can they get without using steriods, can they get big as Ronnie Coleman, or Jay Culter but I think they use steriods, and if so how long does it take thanks.

they can get very big but not to the level that you see with the heavy weights in the IFBB. only a fraction of the percentage of the worlds population has the genetic profile to achieve such muscle mass even with the use of AAS. they all use steroids, there has never been one natural heavyweight bodybuilder in the IFBB sine it's inception, steroids are part of the sport. when the IFFB was first started steroids were not illegal. a genetic freak not on steroids will never beat a genetic freak on steroids

I know and train many a male/female amature and pro bodybuilders

* personally I packed on over 100 lbs of muscle during the first 12+ years of training. gains come quick and easy when you are a newbie and the body is in the highest untrained state. the longer you train the slower and harder gains in muscle mass are achieved

Muscles can get pretty big, it has a lot to do with genetics and just how many fast twitch muscles you have. Even with steriods most of us will never get no where near the size of ronnie or jay.

Building muscles that big takes years of hard work and dedication. For some people putting on a few pounds of muscle weight takes Months. Ive been doing this for 5 months and ive only put on about 10-15lbs of muscle weight if that gives you somewhat of an idea. I think I have somewhat good genetics for building muscle.

As a final note you will never get as big as Ronnie or Jay, unless you have freakishly good genetics with a serious workout plan, diet, and take steriods.
