Does anyone on this web use vinegar as a health supplement? I have used it in past and read lots about it. If anyone has used it what were the results?

I cook with it a lot, but I am German and a lot of dishes use it. I knew it was good for you but I don't know the benefits. When you make spinach put a little vinegar on it and you will like it!

vinegar is used to lower the glycemic effect of a high carb meal. by decreasing the glycemic effect blood sugar does not increase as rapidly so insulin levels will not rise as rapidly either. insulin is a storage hormone and is the key to both decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass. 1 tablespoon after a high carb meal is all thats needed
