Depends on you fuel mileage.
Let's assume you get 28 mpg to be safe and conservative.
546/28=19.5 gallons of fuel
19.5x2.95=57.525
So; figure $60 for gas.
I give the first answer a thumbs up. To be safe and not have to worry. I would take $100 just for gas. This give a good buffer for any extra driving you may do and cover gas at a higher price should that be what happen.

If your vehicle gets 20 miles per gallon, then you will spend $80 for a 546 mile trip.

take the number of gallons of gas your car will hold then drive till the next time you fill up then divide the miles driven by the gallons you added.. that's how you get fuel mileage..
a car in good condition can get around 300 miles to the tank of gas average about 16 miles to the gallon or better. but figure at least 300 miles.

In order to give you an accurate answer I would need to know what kind of car it is and how many miles it gets to the gallon. Just a rough estimate but I would say less than $100.00 I'm not sure how much less though since I don't know the mpg of the car.

It is impossible to answer this questions without knowing how many miles per gallon (MPG) your car gets.

It would be nice to know what the mileage for your car is, so
guessing that your car gets 25 mpg you will use 21.84 gal. of
gasoline... this @ $3 a gal.. will equal $65.52... oh by the
way don't forget to set your tire pressures and check the oil..
be safe...good luck
