The food selections sound decent. Although I would limit the amount of "processed foods". You need to make sure you are eating enough calories. 1200 - 1500 is optimal for women and 1500 - 1800 for men. The supplements sound like a good plan. Make sure your multivitamin has a good compliment of nutrients. Also, making sure the omega supplements are refrigerated if they are flax seed oil and if they are fish oil supplements, make sure it's not cod liver oil. Not the best quality. Salmon and sardine oil is really good.

Hope that helps.

Does not sound bad at all. I would recommend eating some more lean protein during the day, or maybe a suppliment type bar like MET RX. Also It would be good to incorporate some grains in your diet, like whole wheat bread. Plenty of water, Omega 3's and multi vitamin...awesome. :)

You are not getting enough calories and dairy in your diet. You need a healthier diet. I don't see any grains at all and not enough veggies and you are missing a snack at bedtime to keep your blood sugar level during the night.

unhealthy? very much so as it's not balanced and extremely low in calories. it's too low in protein, fiber, vegetables and healthy fats (no less than 20% of the daily caloric intake).
