you need to have more fiber and (good) fat in your foods. while that may sound disturbing, it's true. Fats and fibers slow down your digestion so you don't get hungry until hours later. You can fix this by adding either a fiber supplement to whatever you are eating or by eating non fat-free foods.
The South Beach Diet Book explains all of this better than I can and even has recipes that you can use. I've been using those recipes and I've never been hungry after eating until at least 6 hours later. I highly recommend that you read this. It's not a diet in the way that you are probably used to. It's a way of eating that will keep you healthy and full all the time.

It sounds like you are eating sugary, non-nutritional foods (Doritoes, doughnuts, etc). If you are hungry all the time, you are most likely eating the wrong foods. This will set you up for obesity and health problems. Learn to eat healthy, nutritious meals and actually "feed" your body instead of loading it up with worthless junk. You're hungry for a reason...you're not providing your body with what it needs. I suggest you eat more protein and veggies and eat a lot less sugar from now on. Simple carbs spike your blood sugar and then drop you fast, meaning hunger!! Avoid them the best that you can...this is the very reason so many people are overweight... SHEER HUNGER because of the choices of food they make.

Well you have to ask yourself if you are truly hungry, or just bored/unsatisfied/craving. If you are truly hungry, then maybe you arent eating big enough meals. If you exercise a lot or something, you may need to eat more food.
