I'm a complete health nut and I study natural medicine, so I will give you the top 10 list of things that will DESTROY your body:

1. Doing drugs of ANY kind
(from weed, to "pills", prescription drug abuse, to cocaine, crack & herion--all of them will destroy you)

2. Having Unprotected Sex!!
(puts you in danger of HIV and every STD in the book!)..also, not getting yourself & your partner tested for HIV & STD's before you enter a relationship.
---Also, not using protection if you suspect your spouse of having an affair--in Africa, Aids mostly affects women whose husbands had affairs & infected them.

3. Smoking cigarettes (cancer stick, anyone?)

4. Not drinking at least 5 to 8 glasses of bottled water a day
(this will cause your kidneys to shut down in your 50's--ever heard of "kidney dialisis"?--its Brutal)

5. Eating a high fat diet
(leads to hypertension, stroke, heart attack, diabetes, etc)

6. Not exercising or moving at leat 30 minutes a day (leads to high blood pressure, obesity, stroke,heart attack, etc)

7. Living a Stressful Life
(ages you, causes hyerptension, stroke, heart attcks, etc)

8. Not having regular bowel movements
(not trying to embarrass you, but that will cause an impure body & colon cancer)

9. Eating fish while you are pregnant! (this will cause your children to have lead/mercury poisoning which causes Autism & Learning Disabilities) No Fish while you are pregnant!

10. Eating Fast Food more than once a week
(this causes obesity!)

Start out by eating and eating and eating until you are very, very fat. Make sure you ingest lots of trans fats.

Then, take up smoking. Smoke everything you can get your hands on that is smokeable. Also do some other bad drugs as well.

Then, take a razor or knife and cut yourself, not just on your wrists, but all over your body.

Continue with the knife and gouge out your eyes, cut off your ears, your toes, your nose, your lips, make sure your hair is uneven and ugly. Hack off some limbs for good measure.

Now drink a lot of gasoline and douse yourself in it.

Jump off of a really tall building, light a match, drop it on yourself, and hit the ground.

That's all I got.

It will be rough to think of which thing was once the worst. I work in a health center and humans are very uncooked emotionally when they're in poor health. Might be it isn't what they say but the person who says it. I to find that the men and women closest to me hurt me the most.

it may be annoying to think of of which factor grew to become into the worst. I artwork in a well-being facility and people are very uncooked emotionally while they are sick. perchance it is not what they say however the guy who says it. i discover that the folk closest to me harm me the main.

.The worst thing you can do to your body is......to not take care of it....ex: drinking alcohol, smoking, drugs, not getting the proper amount of sleep, not eating nutritionally, not exercising and any self mutilation.
