I always give 100% to whatever I am doing otherwise there would be no point doing it in the first place Bex!! My dear departed Mum used to say 'if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well' and she was absolutely right!

I always put 100% in to what I am doing and can be a little lazy but will try hard as I can then walk away knowing in my own mind I tried my best.

I try give 100% every day but the reality is that today's 100% may not be equal to yesterdays 100% .If you do a task right the first time you don't have to redo it.Does that mean doing your best is energy efficient?

Yep Bex.....I do always try to do my best, even though my best isn't quite good enough sometimes. However as long as I know I've done the best I can I don't worry what others may think !!!

It all depends on My mood ..
If I am in a good mood then Of course I will try best .
If I am in a sad/bad mood then I may or most likely not try my best .

If I do something, I can think of no other way of doing things.
I like to add meaning and soul to my actions. If I can´t do that, I rather let it be done by others.

If a job's worth doing it's worth doing well -so ,yes, otherwise it takes twice as long if you have to go back and do it again.
