Anyone can buy a house no matter if they have credit or not, if they put a large down payment. NOT every illegal is MEXICAN, people need to stop being so ignorant, no wonder people hate Americans, they can be sooo STUPID. And yeah, i guess SOME don't pay taxes but that's only because the IRS doesn't tell them that they can pick up a tax payer id number with which they can pay taxes with, no matter their status... so next time Americans eat a fruit, THINK about who picked it out for you... or next time you eat a disgusting mcdonald's burger, THINK who cut that meat for you... and next time you have your grass cut THINK about who's cutting it for you, because im sure it's not just Mexicans, its Hatians, and Dominicans, and others. As for them stealing jobs, i don't remember whites and blacks wanting to cut grass, or pick fruits in the hot 100 degree weather, what i do remember is them cashing their welfare checks on our expense... i don't see anyone talking about those lazy bums.... if people want a job, they can have a job, it's just easier getting money from the government and sitting on your *** all day like many whites and blacks do.

It's as nightwin.. says. We need to boycott these banks. They don't contribute to this country. Either they have illegal relatives living in the house, working here illegally, like they are, to make the mortgage, or they can't and the house goes into forclosure. The banks don't get the money back they loaned out to these people. Same for the credit cards these banks give to illegals. Do you think they pay for everything they put on these cards? Nope. Also, with all the freebies, they are costing the taxpayers billions. The only way they can pay taxes is with an itin card. I don't think many of them want the card. After all, why pay taxes when they can get away with not paying them.

Illegal immigrants can buy whatever they want in the U.S. (legally and illegally) if they have the money. Foreign investment is a big driver for the U.S. economy. 25% of U.S. assets are foreign owned. Saudi Arabia has the biggest share.

Illegal immigrants help this country by helping businesses keep wages low. The more money a business makes, the more they can expand their business and contribute to the economy.

That's the good?? news.

The bad news is illegal immigration costs U.S. citizens and permanent residents far more than businesses save. The cost of increased crime is the number one expense followed by the cost to educate the children of illegal immigrants with little or no ROI, the loss of jobs for our U.S. citizen underclass which keeps them on the public dole and/or committing crimes, increased Medicaid expenses, food stamps, uninsured motorist payouts, etc. etc.

It seems to me from what i've seen, there is a whole network set up to help illegals get financing.
I know stock market accounts are as easy to set up as send them broker money, open up an account and just trade via computer or phone for placing orders.
As for homes, some banks have set up proceedures to offer illegals loans. I do not know how they go about setting up collateral, or their specific requirements, but I've seen spot pieces done on even large banks that have a spanish speaking extension that doesn't ask for social security number verification.
Some specifically cater to illegals

I agree with jim Illegals take alot of there wages and send them back to mexico which doesnt nothing but hurt the U:S economy, also another way they do no good is the money the make is under the table so they pay no income tax's which also hurts the U.S economy they also start construction companies with out paying taxs and bring down the wages of legit construction and landscaping companies that cannot compete with them becasue they dont pay things like workers comp and the such

I know several illegals that own their homes. There are many banks that will finance with a matricula instead of USA documentation. In fact, where I live, more undocumented own than rent (at least the ones that I deal with).

Yes, they do buy houses. I've heard of one family al ready having a house and buying a brand new 2006 home, over 4,000 square feet full of luxury. They also buy cars, have bank accounts, credit cards and jobs. But they don't pay taxes, how do they do that? Don't know.

There are banks and finance companies who are bending the law to cater to illegal immigrants, not sure how they keep their FDIC (federal government) insurance because those are REALLY risky loans. Were I a shareholder in one of these banks I would pull out immediately.

I worked for a credit union in college and in order to get that NCUA (federal government) insurance backing we had to assure the federal government that we were making sound loans, making loans to people who could be deported at any minute is not a sound loan to me... I have no idea how these banks get away with it (and keep their federal backing).

By the way, if any of these banks go down guess who gets to bail them out? Yes, that's right.... taxpayers.

Good luck with that. Illegals tend to send much of their ill-gained loot back to Mexico. They do not invest in the US
