Schizophrenia is not generally characterized by visual disturbances, or hallucinations; rather, it is characterized by impairments in the perception or expression of reality, most commonly manifesting as auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions or disorganized speech and thinking in the context of significant (usually severe) social or occupational dysfunction.
So, it is your misunderstanding of the usual symptoms that leads to your lame attempt at humour.

My dear Lemur, I know you mean this question innocently and without malice. But some will take this in a negative way.
A true schizophrenic would probably laugh at the joke and himself - the way that others with mental disorders joke about their problems.
I just thought I would let you know this, so you understand the responses and are not hurt by them.

that quote is so ignorant, You're thinking of MPD not schizophrenia, Schizophrenia is very unpleasant and yes, it's sufferers are alway alone

I use to be schizophrenic, but God delivered and healed me while I was being baptized. One of the greatest experiences of my life. I will never forget what He has done for me, what He has brought me out of.
