You are NOT justified and I think it is GREATthat you are going to jail, it'll give you time to think about why you are possible in the wrong while you snuggle with Bubba.
IIt'll be kind of hard to fight him off with that broken elbow and shoulder.
What if you had injured her she had lost her sight in an eye, or maybe hit her temple and killed her?
What you did was wrong and you need to understand this:
"Treat others the way YOU would like to be treated" or at least ask them how they want to be treated first if you like being kicked in the head for NO reason.

Get a tape recorder and maybe a digital camera. you may desire to turn the tape recorder on once you mothers and fathers pass away. Your brother would desire to maybe conceal someplace and checklist with the digital camera. The tape could be adequate to get her busted, although. reliable luck ... and have exciting once you're telling your mothers and fathers. :) >lol, i basically observed the comments above me. :D
