I am top heavy and when I gain weight it goes straight to my arms, chest, and stomach. I have no hips and no butt. Are there any exercizes that can take the fat from my arms and stomach and transfer it to my hips and butt?

If you do a combination of stretching first, then weightlifting, then aerobics, you will divide everything EVENLY so your body will look GREAT! Called good symmetry.

sorry no. you can usually only change the size of said body part. like if you lose weight, you will only make your stomach smaller for example. you can't redstribute weight.

but you can re-sculpt so to speak. you might try doing some weight lift and other exercises to build muscle ton in your butt and hips. try lunges, hip and thigh machines, leg presses, etc.

possible...yes, but it takes years

you need to get yourself down to a healthy body fat % then go from there. the last thing you want to do is to increase your body fat just to be symmetrical.
