Jesus is God. He was not a illegitimate kid. He is our promised Savior. God's laws to us does not apply to Him. He is the Moral Law.
Jesus is not God's son in the parental means. Jesus was human here and He was delivered by virgin Mary.

God does not have children.
The Quran says: "He never begot neither was begotten, nor has been there anyone like Him."
God has "dependents:" These are all the beings in the world. He cares for them and wants the best for them.
Prophet Muhammad said: "All the beings are God's dependents. The most beloved by Him among them, is the one who gives them more benefit."
