Shhh! It's a secret. They're not allowed to admit it. And since they won't admit it, that proves it's true.

No, Christians don't admire atheists any more than atheists admire Christians.
Christians feel like they have already reached the truth in their quest, and atheists are just slow to figure out what they've already discovered.

I'm atheist/agnostic and no I don't believe that is the case. They honestly believe they have the truth and that we are the one's who have been led astray. This is the same thing as when theists ask if atheists are jealous of them or are afraid to believe in god. It doesn't work either way. People just believe differently.

Are not both sides questing for truth ?
Are they not just following other paths ?
Why would their be any jealousy seeing both sides think they are right ?
Do not both side feel sorry for the others for following the wrong path ?

hardly...i've not seen much in the way of 'truth seeking'...demanding scientific evidence, yes...truth, not so much...the problem is, imho, that too many people can't understand anything that cannot be measured or re-created in a laboratory, and are limited by five physical senses...admire? not in a million years

Silly one! We Christians HAVE the Truth, His name is Jesus. Why would we admire someone who doesn't have it? On the contrary, we PRAY for them.
God bless!

You should have used the word 'annoyed' and this is the case with all the religion. Out of book questions are not welcomed in any religion. Please don't take me as Atheist, I am a believer.

Absolutely. They're confused by our ability to utilize facts and logic, and therfore leave them in a dust cloud of sputtering and irrational superstition.

I wouldn't think so. I don't know anyone who would admire such a closed minded, bitter bunch of people.
