Get a bodyfat scale. How much fat you have is more important than how much you weigh. IGNORE the weight.

Don't get too crazed about it. Traditional scales, even the new digital, body fat measuring ones, are only 95% aaccurate. Truth is, those sliding doctor's scales are truly the MOST accurate. I would only weight yourself about once a day if you are not looking to lose any weight. If you are trying to lose weight, only weigh yourself once a week. Otherwise the scale can be self-defeating. Believe me, I've been there.

Take care!

Sweetie, unfortunately our body weight changes every single day due to water weight gain due to ingesting too much salt, excess fecal waste if you haven't pooped that day, the list goes on and on! One day you've lost 2 pounds, the next day you've gained those 2 back plus 2 more!

Welcome to the wonderful world of womanhood! Go by how your clothes fit, not what the scales say, k?

That would be the correct mathmatical assumtion, yes. I would make sure that when you weigh yourself your scale is zeroed out. MOst have a dial on them to do so. If it still is off when you have it zeroed out, you should think about spending the 10 bucks for a new one at Wal-Mart.

you need to throw that scale away or it very well may ruin your life as it has many others. body composition (amount of muscle and fat) is what matters not those ever fluctuating numbers on the scale.
