I'm sure it is possible but dangerous and not realistic. If you wanted to lose weight you should really just start a healthy plan now, and continue with it. make most of the foods you eat fresh fruits and vegetables. drink a ton of water and exercise regularly, and hard.

Well, with a good 3-meal day and all the servings, plus excercise, YES!! You can spend 20 minutes walking, jogging or running. Then hit the gym! Do some push-ups and sit-ups, and eat your fruits and veges!! If you lose a pound a day, you will be done losinng 16 pounds by the 26th!! Or 2 pounds. To me, the answer is yes, anything is possible if you work at it and stay with it!!

why the date? you spent how many years building your body and want to change it in such short notice? It could backfire. It is possible, though. Be safe and smart.

I found weight watchers and divorce to be a great weight loss program, LOL truely weight watchers is a very healthy baance of intake...smaller portions of a balanced meal.

But going through divorce I ate only half of their servings and dropped four sizes within 6 months.... I was too small. I am back to your size right now. And I like it.

Not unless you are on Biggest Loser! If you ramp up your exercise, eat more protein and veggies, and cut the bad carbs and white flour, you will see results but nobody can predict the body's dynamics of weight loss and as such, you can't assume you will lose that much. Just be happy with what you do lose!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Yes, but you'll have to exercise a LOT, (specifically running), and will have to be on a strict diet. It's going to be hard.

The easiest way to lose weight fast: Don't drink soda. That's my best advice, and my brother lost ten pounds from doing that.
