The Bible speaks of him being able to pass himself off as Christ. Jesus was a Jew, so in saying that, I have to believe that he probably will come out of Israel or some place close to there.

By anti-Christ, I assume you mean "the" anti-Christ, as in the critter spoken of in Revelations (I think) that will terrorize humankind? I think you're in the right portion of the world, but as to the exact location, you're off...significantly...

many bible scholars speculate that he will come from a confederacy of ten nations and/or a reborn roman empire. others see him as being a jew since he would have to be in order to claim to be the messiah. it is all just speculation since the bible does not specifically say where the antichrist will come from or what race he will be
