Those are ALL bar chords

Bb is an A moved down the neck one fret and your bar the first fret with all your fingers

C# is a D moved UP to the neck one fret or
you BAR the first fret and make a C with the rest of your fingers

F is an E major moved DOWN the neck one fret and you bar all the strings on the first fret

G# moves the F down the neck towards the guitar 3 frets

F is one fret F# is the next fret G is the next fret G# is the next fret

These will NOT be easy for you

Bb can be cheat with your first finger on the F (bottom or high E string one fret in) and your second and third finger on the third fret second and third string.

You should GET a chart of BAR chords
