There is no name for that. Because "he" should not be considered an outsider, or negatively categorized because he hasn't had sex. There are men that have sex all the time, and there are men that go their entire lives without sex. There are men that do not have sex UNTIL they are in their late 30's because they have finally found the right person.

A person that's not having sex. That's about all there is to that. His sex life or lack there of is his business, and to be honest shouldn't be part of what defines him as a person. Sex and sexuality are such a tiny part of the whole of a person. Unless being celibate has been something that he himself has defined himself by, then let it go, and see what other wonderful things actually are happening in his life.

Atleast he can look on the bright side: he is not lying and telling people he is having sex; he is limiting his chances of getting exposure to sexual transmitted diseases; and he will learn how to control himself sexually in the next relationship, so when he does have sex with that person he will cherish it.
