You don't. It takes age and experience and a lot of questions. Love is not a ten question answer. You can ask 100 people and come up with 100 different answers. It would be nice if there was a simple answer.pp

I thought I was in love way too many times. I always think "this time I'm truely in love," and then just like usual, he's out of or I'm out of his life in a matter of a year or so. I some how feel that one day I will now. A Pastor of mine before told me this and I thought it was helpful. You never fall in love but fall in lust! Lust is usually the first thing that makes you feel you are "In Love" but what happens after lust? Once the lust wears off then comes the love and you have to really choose to love that person each and every day. Lust will always wear out, but when you choose to love that person, is the ultimate way to a lasting love with that person. Hearing that from my Pastor has helped me tremendously and I hope it has helped you!

To be completely honest, there's no thing that tells you you're in love. When you can look at the person, and feel mutual respect, trust, loyalty, and affection, and you have no qualms about saying it's love...then it's love.

i mean, it's like a feeling that you've never felt with someone else.
it's like a shock to you. and that's when you'll know. i guess.
everyone has a different meaning for love. and.. they have a different way of knowing when they're in love.
so... there's really no explamation.

I thnk one of the first things is you no longer wonder if you're in love. Stop wondering and just let it be and if you find yourself no longer wondering -- you'll either know that you are or you aren't. Either way -- move on and go for it!

when u can't stop hugging,holding and talking about that special someone..when u dream about that person,and when you were just around them like 5 min. ago,and you miss them already..someone you can trust and you don't have to ask them for hugs...and that no one,or anything people say or hear can tear the two apart...that's love right there..
