My husband just found out he is diabetic and I am looking for any kind of reduced or sugar free recipes. He loves cookies, probably what got him in trouble any recipes would be great!

SUGAR REDUCED OATMEAL COOKIES

Sift together: 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda Dash of salt
Cream together: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. Sugar Twin (sugar substitute) 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs

Combine; stir well. Then add: 1/2 c. nuts or chopped dates

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees

SUGAR REDUCED PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Cream together: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. Sugar Twin (sugar substitute) 1 c. peanut butter 2 eggs
Sift together: 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda Dash of salt

Combine creamed and sifted mixtures together and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Press top of each down with wet fork tines twice from 2 directions to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

uh......mabey use less sugar. i heard that spenda was worse for you that regular sugar.
