Who is this painting by,and how much is it worth?

can anyone tell me who this painting is done by or what the name of it is called?im planning on selling it on ebay but i dont know for how much.

Looks like a 19th century production piece. It is in such a bad shape you will not get much for it.

Better take it to an auction house to have it appraised (usually for nothing) and ask if restoration will make you a profit.
