I'm trying to go on a very pure diet and eat a lot of healthy foods that are..well 'girly' foods. Nothing like red meat, or greasy foods! So what are some!

girly food implies more of a vegetarian style of eating - becuase girls don't want to hurt the cute animals. If fact, that's why there are more female vegetarians than male vegetarians.

Healthy foods include veggies, especially leafy green veggies, fruit and whole grains.

Use oil sparingly to aid in flavor and browning - olive oil and butter offer flavor while canola and vegetable oil is more neutral in flavor.

What are girly foods?

Just drink water, eat lean meats, poultry, good fats and high quality starches...yes, with your veggies and fruits.

Girly? WTF?

Dave C: You've never heard of hunters-gatherers? There was no "cute" anything when you were hungry, back in those days. Today it seems to be such fashionable trash, from the farm to the fork. You bulemics, vegans, and fanatical people need to give me a break. Talk to some anthropologists. They'll tell you how the human body has not adapted to today's egg mcmuffin, starbucks mocha-sh!t-chinos!! I'll tell you why vegans fail at providing proof beyond a reasonable doubt that humans don't need animal proteins:

**B12

**our canine teeth

**our body furnishing the necessary enzymes to break down protein while lacking such enzymes to break down, say for example, cellulose.

Look it up!

what she said, plus you need protein as well. so make sure you eat some beans, tofu, nuts, fish and dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt). the less processed the food is, the purer it will be. in other words, made from scratch as often as possible. or fresh. also eat whole grains. when you eat breads, cereals, crackers, etc. make sure it says whole grain. for example: whole wheat bread, and brown rice. here is a tip: the fewer ingredients it has listed, the purer it is. i hope this helps.
