Me too. I find that I translate loneliness, boredom, tiredness, anxiety etc ...all as hunger. Keep lots of fruits, veggies , nuts and seeds to nibble. You'll be increasing your fiber, B vitamins etc. Drink more water and not so much caffeine. Good luck.

Snacking a lot is always ok as long as it's healthy snacking. In fact, eating 6 small meals a day is healthier that 3 big meals a day! Just remember to eat more filling foods such as applesauce or yogurt instead of chips or candy.

You need to evaluate the quality of the calories you are consuming. If your goal is to lose weight, and you are a male, you need to make sure you are eating no less than 1500 calories a day and probably want to remain under 1800 calories a day. Then you need to make sure you are getting adequate fat, protein and carbs to sustain yourself. I am assuming you are probably somewhat active and have some fitness routine. That can make you hungry, especially if you aren't eating enough. My best advice would be to monitor your intake of all these things for one week. www.my-calorie-counter.com is a great "free" calorie counter. Enter your foods for the day and that way you can monitor how much you are getting.

Best of luck.

You didn't tell me how old you are or what you weigh. If you are under 21 Male, you need to eat whatever your body is asking for.

Always take some protein with whatever else you're eating. Proteins are harder to digest and so the stomach takes a little more time with them, keeping you satisfied longer.

eat a balanced diet of meat, fruit and vegetables. Take a multivitamin like Centrum. You get cravings because your body isn't getting all the necessary nutrients.
