It sounds like to me you have high blood pressure or diabetes. You don't say how old you are or your weight which could be a factor in this. Seek a doctor Monday and discuss with him the problems you are having so they can you help you. This sounds very serious so don't delay...

you are a person who focuses more on eating sweets than eating foods with lots of vitamins and minerals, so you don't have enough iron in you i recommend you eat dates and your body is now addicted to sweets. thirst comes from dehydration so drink plenty of water.

food allergies maybe. check for diabetes also.
