we live in the country and need a little bit of rugged stability.

The chevy astro, lumina pontiac transport and olds silohuets are good minivans and go great in rough weather.
The Chryslers are good but their trannies are weak.
Stay away from fords.
They get great gas mileage.
Of course a dodge 1500 king cab 2 door 2 wheel drive with a 360 gets about 25 mpg on the highway.The 4 wheel drives get about 18mpg.
