I have to agree with the other guy, don't even buy another PS3 controller until the Dual Shock 3 controllers come out in Spring 2008. The Dual Shock 3 controllers will have vibration as well as Sixaxis controls.

the questions to ask are:
do people come to your house a lot to play games?
do you actually want other people to play with you?
cuz if you get another controller since you just have shooters then you're gonna want to get games that were made for multiplay (aside from shooters) like fighting games (fight night) or racing games (need for speed) so a new controller really eventually goes hand in hand with a new game.....

nicely I have been given a 2d controller till now I have been given a 2d activity in my view. whilst one dies you plug it in and use the different. I say purchase the controller and get a gamefly account...
