Standard poodles - Taller than 15" from the shoulder
Miniature poodles - Between 10" - 15" from the shoulder
Toys - 10" or less from the shoulder

There are merely 3 sizes of Poodle. ANY Poodle below 10 inches is a Toy. Any Poodle between 10 inches and 15 inches is a Miniature. Any Poodle over 15 inches is a regular (measuring from the shoulder). there is not any Teacup Poodle...if all and sundry instructed you diverse, they are the two stupid or attempting to tear-off you.
