ok. well i had this relationship with this boy who was/is 16 and i was 13, and then i got grounded from my phone and our relationship kinda fizzled out. (this was summer) and after school started he seemed to ignore me when he saw me @ school. well anyways i got my phone back and he texted me and now he is acting like he wants to start back where we left off. but i thought that it was over! i moved on!! he's hott and nice but wasn't he a jerk 4 ignoring me?!?! HELP!!! thanks!!

It's pretty normal behaviour for a 16 year old kid to move on with his life like he did.
Don't be expecting such things as a lasting relationship at your age, it's not going to happen. Just date and enjoy your time.

He was probably waiting for you to grow up a bit. Obviously he couldn't see you at the earlier stage, so he backed off until it was safe for him to come forward again. If you've moved on well so be it. He wasn't a jerk, he had common sense.

Maybe he was afraid of your parents at the time or didnt know how to carry on a relationship with you.
And YEAH!
He may be hot.The fact is if he knows you think so he will play you to the hilt for sex girlie and you'll end up as a welfare mom with no dad to raise that baby.THINK AHEAD!

He probably doesn't want anyone in the school knowing about your relationship and wants to keep it private because of the big age difference. Or maybe he just misses you.
