How much time is needed for caffeine to be COMPLETELY out of your system, and does not affect your digestive system any more?
How much time is needed for caffeine to be untraceable from your body?
Is there way to reduce the time, if it's at ANY way possible?

Please note that I'm not talking about the effect of caffeine. I'm talking about the actual chemical staying in your body.

The ammount of caffine is from can of Coca Cola (coke). I'm about 195 lbs, and 5'11, somewhat athletic, if any of these factors matter.

This is more coffee that I have ever heard of one person drinking. The only person I knew who even came close and it was nowhere near 1 10-cup pot, had horrible headaches on her days off. I am drinking Coke Zero which I can enjoy only when consuming it with food. Diet pop tastes so horrible to me I can't tolerate more than one swallow. You must spend a great deal of time in the bathroom. This article says that 10 8 oz cups of coffee a day is considered excessive. As for Pepsi vs. goat milk, Pepsi any day. I've never tasted goat milk but prefer a cola to any other drink except hot tea.
