rollercoaster. I love him but want to break free....any advicehow to go about it He never believes me cause I always go back. I am happier w/o him

Resolve to make a clean and permanent break, then do it. Change your phone number, don't meet him for any reason and go do new and interesting things with your life.The relationship doesn't sound as if it is good for either of you.

You may need some additional help to assist him in his understanding that you are serious, and that your mind is firm. He may also need for this counselor or mediator to be firm about what is and is not acceptable once you have walked out the door of that office. Make sure you have girlfriends to support you over the next month, in staying away - because the "guilts" will come. It will be important that you make no contact whatsoever with him (other than a polite brief Thank You when he returns your items) And for him, the only acceptable form of contact would be by letter/e-mail.
Do all your break-up declaration and settling the issue in the presence of a counselor or mediator. - These people do marriage and relationship and divorce mediation for a living.
They will know the most effective way to go about it.

Perhaps you really don't . It is evident that he keeps you hanging on...and you don't. Be firm and say no more cobtact and mean it. If your words don't follow up by action then you will stay in the same state.

well im bad at break ups too so i just make them hate me and i make them wana leave me do something that will make him never come back to u .
