My grandparents are divorced and were both re-married. Recently though, my Grandmother and her new hubbie were deciding to divorce after 5 years of marriage. But just yesterday I found out my Grandmother's husband died of a heart attack. I feel so bad for his family!

His sister callled me and my mom and asked if we would like to attend his funeral which will be held Monday morning. It'll just be family and close friends of his. My grandmother will not be going though because they were divorcing. She says that if we go to the funeral she will never speak to us again and she will not go to my mom's (her daughter's) wedding next month and that she will not be a part of my unborn baby's life. I am only 15, but love her to pieces, but I want to go to her husband's funeral. What should me and my mom do? Help!

myself I would not cave in to emotional blackmail. But trust your heart and bless you all. Plus a few prayers for Grandma wouldn't hurt for God to soften her heart and take away the the bitterness.

Your grandmother is family, her husband wasn't.......don't go, but send flowers.

He's dead - so he doesn't care if you go or not

She is alive and you "love her to pieces" - so I would not go to his funeral.

Also, you need to put your baby up for adoption so it will have a good life with someone who can afford to raise it well and give it all the things it deserves.

Good luck!
