It is great that you would be getting fruits and veggies, and I definitely recommend fruit over apple sauce, but this isn't enough calories for someone your age who is growing! You want to make sure you are getting enough nutrients, especially at your age, to keep your body strong and help with growth.
You should probably add more protein and carbs into what you are eating. Chicken or fish are both great sources of protein, and if you don't like meat, beans are a great source of both protein and carbs. You should try eating just a little more each meal. An example might be:
Breakfast- Bowl of cereal (1 cup) w/ cows milk or soy milk (1/2) cup and one piece of fruit, water
Snack- A piece of fruit or some carrot or celery sticks, Handful of nuts, water
Lunch- A big salad with lots of veggies, with a small sliced chicken breast over it, maybe a small whole grain bread roll, water
Snack- Maybe some string cheese, some toast, or a fruit smoothie made with frozen fruit, small amount of fruit juice and some ice
Dinner- Steamed broccoli, some kind of cooked fish or chicken, some brown rice, a small side salad and water
Snack- Piece of fruit or a glass of milk
I hope that this helps you!

Not really, i only counted like 1000-1100 calories. That's not eneough for you cause your 12. You definetly get enough fruit and veggies so that's good, but it still isn't as healthy. Try adding in some lean meat like chicken, turkey, fish, or lean beef(unless you're a vegeterian)eggs, dairy like lowfat milk and yogurt , whole wheat bread, pasta, rice, and wraps are also good for you. I'd also suggest a bigger breakfast like: scrambled eggs with mixed vegetables on whole wheat toast with either a pice of fruit or a glass of OJ
-a whole wheat wrap with 1 tbsp peanut butter and a banana with some OJ or milk.
- oatmeal with chopped walnuts and raisins with OJ or milk
- whole wheat cerial with milk, banana and Oj
Those are just suggestions because breakfast is the most important meal of the day, lol. I'd probably eat more because it doesn't seem enough to me. Just exercise and eat healthy and you'll be fine. Good Luck :)

don listen to the dumb women and third women that answered if you are 12 and 5 ft 1 and only 88 lbs you are seriously going to stunt your growth you need proteins and you are lacking many nutrients. If you do not eat a normal diet you will have many health problems in the near and deep future. Dont think so much about your appearance to much as child and teen obviously you must eat a healthy diet but not starve yourself, you are still growing.

it is authentic that uncooked end result and vegetables have extra supplementations. We began cooking ingredients for a reason however. uncooked vegetables are no longer as actual digested. Cooking rather help launch the different supplementations and make it accesible. i'm unsure which factors extra supplementations to the physique. i think of for some foodstuff, that's a internet boost, mutually as others that's a lost while cooked. the different reason we prepare dinner foodstuff , is to kill pathogens. it is even worse, now with production unit farming. One contaminated lettuce can contaminate a good purchase of lettuce. by utilising the way, how are you going to get proteins. i think nuts, yet attempt eatting a uncooked bean. Even shuckies are not that pallatable uncooked. i think you may consume spouts. in the experience that your a vegetarian, you ought to no longer difficulty approximately maximizing your supplementations. In some coutries, they do compromise. they could positioned the vegetable in a boiling water for a speedy dip. it may kill the bacterias on the exterior, mutually as the interior could be nevertheless uncooked. I strongly recommend you are attempting this for green onions.

You need to add more fiber/protein to your diet and some meat.
Example:
Breakfast - skim milk-cereal (oatmeal or cold cereal), wheat toast, OJ, fruit
Lunch - tuna salad or sandwich on wheat toast, fruit, yogurt and your green or red peppers, if you like, milk and/or water
Dinner - broccoli, baked potato or baked sweet potato, with either baked fish, turkey or chicken, wheat/rye/pumpernickel bread
Snack - popcorn, 1 tablespoonful of natural peanut butter on Melba toast
You are a growing girl you need all your nutrient to keep your body healthy.

Not at all. It is a very unhealthy diet. Too low on calories, and lacking nutrients.
Basically, the person in question is severely anorexic and too skinny and should seek help urgently. My friend who almost died used to eat like that.
Please start eating carbs, like pasta, and urgently eat meat, sweets, pizza and stuff considered unhealthy for fat people, but necessary for underweight people.

You lack calories and… proteins. You don’t have to eat meat if you don’t want to... but.. keep in mind this “20 oranges contain the hole amount of protein you need for a day”.

That Is a very healthy diet, but you will need more protein and bread. That is a long list of fruits and veggies which is good but you will also need grains and protein.
