How much pressure should I put in my exercise ball?

I pumped it up to about 17 inches in diameter and it feels very soft. I sink about half the distance when I sit on it (and I weigh 140 lbs)

For some reason it doesn't have the pressure requirement written on it anywhere. I got it at Walmart for $3.

No, wonder. It is cheap. It is not a real exercise ball. LOL
