Heyy im a swimmer and most of the guys in our club have got six packs we train 9 times a week for 2 hours in the pool and an hour out of the pool doing landtraining. To tone you abs you should try crunches, sit ups,toe touches,v-sits,leg lifts and roof reaches. they should tone your abs and there giving you a six pack but my six pack is not noticable and it looks pretty much like yours soo it could take a long time :D hope i helped :)

Doing sit ups will give you a six pack within two to three months, but it should be slowed down once it is achieved. You will begin to create too much muscle behind the abs and it will look like you have a fat stomach. Try laying flat on your back and raising your legs as this will create the lower two and give you a eight pack.

During my training for the NABBA UK finals, I developed a new technique. As training your abs too much too quickly will distort the shape and can lead too them looking all over the place. You have to lower your upper body lower than you legs if that makes sense. This will allow a full stretch of your abs and will not distort them.

It depends on who you are, just keep doing that until one does show up. I would guess a few months, but you might not even have the muscles for a six pack under that little belly. It's hard to tell. Might want to lift a little bit of weights also.

it will take some time to reduce your body fat levels down to a level where the entire abdominal wall can be seen with out flexing. your body fat is close to 16% (+/-) you need to get down to closer to 12-10% along with building some muscle in the abdominal region

you need to 86 the jogging and run sprints 3x a week at maximum effort for 10-15 minutes. this will help to excite your resting metabolic rate which is where real fat loss occurs

3 months it will start showing. You need to add more sit*ups and crunches.120 is just a start.Every day try to add more.
A great diet is important and lay off the beer and soda.Try Boca and some vegetarian meals. Thats right stay away from the drinks.
