I mean, there are tens of thousands of Gods that other people in the world believe in. What makes the Christian God so right and all the others so wrong?

"There is only One God."
And if someone tells me that there are two Gods, who am I to believe? What makes you right over the other person?

I understand that Christians believe that there is only one God. But WHAT makes you right over the next religion?

Because Jesus Christ literally fulfilled hundreds of Old Testament prophecies, some given over a thousand years before His appearing:

Here are the odds given by an astrophysicist of these things occurring by chance:

To me, what makes the One True God of Heaven the only correct God, is that His Word (the Bible) is provably approximately 3,000 years old, transcribed by over 40 different people over the course of 1,600 years. Yet, this Book is still with us, proven accurate with the oldest (nearly 2,000 years old) manuscripts found, and demonstrates a harmony, from beginning to end, which is unmatched by any other published work in the entire history of man. Contained within that Book are hundreds of prophecies -- not one of which has ever been shown to not have come to pass (except those pertaining to the time of the end of the world, which hasn't happened yet).

Of those prophecies, over 300 predictions and characteristics of the Messiah were given and all of them were fulfilled in the man known as Jesus Christ. Statisticians say that the odds against one man fulfilling all of those over 300 predictions and characteristics are the equivalent of covering the state of Texas, USA in three feet of quarters, hiding one red quarter among them, and then asking a blind man to pick up the red quarter on the first try.

This same Man tells me that He is the Son of God, that the Father loves me, and that He was sent to save me by dying in my place. So, yes, I will believe that the One True God of Heaven is real and the correct and only God.

it doesn't. it is the legacy of mankind to find something to worship, tangible or otherwise. In the end it only matters what you FEEL. The basis of every religion is to be a truly honest person that doesn't use their power, wealth, tools, fists, actions, or words to hurt people. and no killing irregardless of what people are selling you that day.

interesting enough, Jesus wasn't out to start a new religion, he was just converting (this in not quite the word i want, but is closest to what i mean) the gentiles to Judaism.

There is only one God. The religions all have their own agendas. "One God and so many religions and they are all wrong".

Could it be, in God's infinite wisdom, that he revealed himself to others in different forms? The narrow minded views of atheists condemn them from common sense.

Nothing except one's own opinion. No belief system has more credibility than the next in terms of objective evidence. To view any myth as "fact" is a lying to yourself.
