Are blue cheeses save?

I know that it sounds strange, but can someone explain me why.(I'm referring to fungus)

not fungus - mold.

in this case, mold is good.

I believe Sir Bobby is correct - with one caveat - a few people, relatively speaking, can be allergic to normally healthy molds.
