It would deny what Jesus was SENT for.
To pay with his precious life for our inherited sin. Inherited from Adam and Eve. Rev. 2; 16,17
Jesus had to die. He said so himself.
(Matthew 26:54) In that case, how would the Scriptures be fulfilled that it must take place this way?”

(Hebrews 12:2) as we look intently at the Chief Agent and Perfecter of our faith, Jesus. For the joy that was set before him he endured a torture stake, despising shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

This is another scripture that shows that Jesus cannot be God himself.

If Jesus were alive today, he certainly wouldn’t be a member of the Christian church, because, in the name of God, there’s a lot of blood on the ground. And correct me if I’m wrong, but that isn’t exactly “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
