I only took it once. It was too strong. It made me so drowsy I could hardly drive. I refused to take something that would affect my daily routine.

I've been taking 1.5 mg daily for about a year. My doctor would like me to eventually get off of it but it's still working well for me and my anxiety comes back if I don't take the full dose. I'm also taking Effexor and Abilify and the hope was that the combination of those two drugs would be enough to battle my anxiety but so far it's not. I may be on Klonopin for a long time.

I just started taking it. I'm not feeling any real side effects so far, but I think it's too soon to tell. I also take Cymbalta - in a month my doc is doubling my dose of that because my anxiety is turning into agorophobia.
He said I should be on it for about a year, and hopefully with counseling I should be able to taper off it then.

some doctors will give you a prescription of a small amount of anti-anxiety medicine to help with the anxiety of flying. It really just depends on the doctor. It's worth a try.
