Now? cup-a soup, toast, sparkling bread with any filling you will get your palms on.... For the furture, be arranged. i'm a grazer, i hardly consume an entire meal, yet am consistently snacking. i admire healthful ingredients yet i'm no longer one to sit down down around eating a carrot. i admire filling foodstuff. So, listed under are my tricks: - save issues like cup- a soup and a pair of minute noodles reachable. they are rather ordinary, speedy and attractive. Very friendly. - in case you reside on my own, or whether you do no longer, once you prepare dinner issues like pasta, rice, curry, etc, freeze small snack- sized parts in little plastic boxes- then you rather merely ought to microwave it and bypass. - purchase sparkling bread/ fruit/ cheese in small parts daily or each and every few days. I consistently try this (like the french lol). they gained't bypass stale, stuff is often extra appeaing if it is sparkling. -do no longer purchase too a lot chocolate and different candy ingredients- they do no longer look to be as friendly. - purchase air- popped popcorn luggage or make lots of and shop it in snap lock luggage. The stuff is indestructible and intensely tasty. - in case you have a deep fat frier, there is not any longer something incorrect with frying up some chips each and every now and then, see you later because of the fact the oil is particularly warm and you blot them nicely. no longer too a lot salt! - I additionally want to prepare dinner up some poultry breast in candy chilli sauce or lemon and pepper. I merely slice it and save it in a field in the refrigerator with some chopped lettuce reachable. Mountain bread (a sort of pita) if very reachable, i merely throw some poultry, lettuce and mayo in a single and wrap it up- very tasty, filling, healthful and speedy if the stuff is already there. - English tarts can bypass a million techniques. save pizza sauce and grated cheese in the refrigerator, then merely slap it on a muffin or some bread and bang it in the toasted sandwich maker. - The sky's the cut back! desire i helped!

I've had the oreo truffels before.. oh man, they are tasty.

I like to toast some bread, and then spread peanut butter on one half, then honey on the other. It's really good. Don't forget that glass of milk though.

Today I made some Oreo Truffles.
Grind up a package of Oreo cookies in a food processor, put in a 8 ounce package of cream cheese (cut it up). Then mix it all up and make them into little balls. Put in the fridge to chill.
Melt some chocolate almond bark and dip them in it. Keep them in the fridge.
They are really good.

Make some toast, and spread with butter. Add sliced cheese and finely sliced onions or tomatoes, and place under the grill until cheese has melted.
