Well you would have to bleach your hair like crazy. Than to get the texture use a beach waves spray. Spray that in your hair and begin to scrunch your hair. If you want a little bit more texture put your hair up in a very messy bun when your hair is wet. Hope that works. Good Luck!

Use a blow dryer and one of those big round brushes from Target. Flip your hair upside down and blow dry it. If you can't do it yourself, ask your mom or sister to help you.
When you're done blow drying, rub mousse all over your hair. The slightly tease the roots of your hair with a curled brush.

you need to get a massive round hair brush the biggest you can find that will give you the volume then you want some sort of bedhead product to give it that dirty messy look

yeah that girl is kinda weird looking. ask your stylist if he can do that to your hair. and if you dont have a stylist, get one.

That girl is not disgusting. I wish I looked like her!!!! As far as the hair , it looks like she has long layers and might use a straightening iron. and a lot of frizz control.
