What are "young field greens"? Where can I buy them (in No.California) ?

One of my favorite restaurants has a "Young Field Greens Salad with Roasted Chicken", and I'm trying to replicate the recipe at home. I don't think that they are the same thing as 'mixed greens' bagged salad, because I've already tried that...any ideas?

I find bagged field greens in Walmart.
They are really good and I mix it with spinach.
That's all I know of.

try doing a search on ebay, someone might be selling it there
