Muslims in the US are also demanding that we, the Americans, accommodate to their nonsense.

First off, many public schools have canceled Halloween and Christmas celebrations because these holidays supposedly "offend" the Muslims.

We also have to have foot wash basins in airports so that Muslims can pray.

Muslim employees in supermarkets refuse to scan pork products.

Muslim cab drivers at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport recently caused a stir when they refused to carry passengers possessing alcoholic beverages or accompanied by seeing-eye dogs. Alcohol is forbidden in Islam, and dogs are considered unclean.

In New York City, a new public school for Arabs just opened this September. This school will emphasize Arabic languages, cultures, and history. They say that it's not a Muslim school, it's an Arabic school...but if you ever saw the female teachers and students, they are wearing that head cover thing (whatever they call it in Islam). And because it's a public school, the Americans are paying for their education. It's very sad because they will not be exposed to the American culture like many immigrants do in regular public school.

If the Muslims want to change everything about their new country (US and UK), why did they even bother to come here? Of course the answer is it's OUR GOVT'S fault! They are wimps. Our govt keeps accommodating to their demands while ignoring the true citizens who voted them in.

Just like the any other free speaking country and freedom of speach, you have the right to practice your Religeon. So part of a muslims life Sharia law too is important. Where there is a considerable presence of a specific community comes in, why not allow or wish for the Law too. After all will you leave or abandon your mother land, your nationaluty? or should you?

Where have you been? They have been calling for Sharia law wherever they are in Europe. The British Gov has been pandering to them, because there are so many, and people are afraid of offending them. We have the same thing in America, although with a different group of immigrants, demanding their culture become the predominant one. Time to speak up loud and clear, or the Queen is going to be wearing a burqa. I like what the Prime Minister of Australia said, you are welcome here, but you must follow the laws of this country. That is what our Governments need to be saying to those who enter legally.

It's seems to me that Muslims have no desire to assimilate into the western nations they immigrate to. They want to convert all Westerners to Islam.

If they don't like being surrounded by so many non-Muslims, then why don't they just stay or go back where they came from?

I know not all Muslims are like this, but a huge number is.

sorry welcome to the U.S.'s nightmare see if there are groups you can join to fight the government and the madness they are trying to impose on you. we are fighting our government as they want to grant amnesty to the 12 to 20 million illegals here. we have shot them down 3 times i know of in 2007. it took the citizens getting a lobbyist (sad day when citizens have to get a lobbyist, but whatever works) but we are winning. i think we may just have to defend ourselves regularly as our government does what they want to as opposed to what we want and tell them to do. check the net for a group to join. take a stand now or remember the way things used to be.
