lemon frosting,
1 cup confection sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream

Get a box of powdered sugar, add a stick of butter, cream with mixer and add a little vanilla and milk. The recipe is on the sugar package. It makes a nice buttercream frosting.

Cream cheese is easy and doesn't have to be cooked. Take a block of softened cream cheese and mix with hand mixer a whole box of powdered sugar. Add milk slowly, you can always add more, but you can't take it away. This is always good on carrot cake or on chocolate cupcakes!

Try mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice. Just add a little lemon juice at a time until you get the right consistency.
